Eastman does not use a table to relate the various plate groups to color. The following is my brief summation of his findings of stamp colors by plate group.

Dark blue, dark and light peacock blue, and an almost blue-green.

Light and dark blue green with minor shades.
17456-59
Dark and light shades of bluish-green.
16445-48
Blue-green, light blue-green, and a green.
17414-17
Light bluish green, light and dark soft green, light and dark milky blue.
17617-20
Green and yellowish-green shades and the yellow-green. Also blues of the order of light shades of 17598-801 group.
